Booking Terms for Lux 17 Rental in Cape Town

Before making your booking, please carefully review the following terms and conditions governing your stay at our property. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Reservation:

- Reservations can be made through our official booking platform or other authorized channels.
- A valid credit card or payment method may be required to secure your booking.
- The booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

2. Payment:

- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods specified during the booking process.
- Any outstanding balance must be settled prior to or upon check-in.

3. Cancellation and Changes:

- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Designated smoking areas may be available outdoors.

- Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
